• Minimum Master of Science in a Social Science field, such as Social Work or Psychology.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to make a difference in the field of addiction recovery.
• Experience in healthcare management, business operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to compassionate care and community support.
• Successful completion of ATS onboarding, training, and certification assessment.
